Often caused by:
- The product not being mixed correctly
- Letting the slush mix fall below the minimum fill line
Quick checks:
Check fill level on the tanks - it should never below the minimum line on the tank

Check the product has been mixed correctly, you can find a guide to preparing syrups here
Check the machine has enough clear space around it - at least 40cm each side
Check the machine is not situated near anything very cold (e.g. air conditioning unit) as being near something cold will effect how the machine functions

Always ensure the product is mixed correctly
Keep pre-mixed syrup in a refrigerator to keep it cold so that it freezes down faster
Ensure the timer is set correctly
Keep at least 40 cm of clear space on both sides
If the straw stands up straight in the middle of the cup you've usually got good slush
