A Viper machine is shown in the images below:
Often caused by:
- The machine not plugged into 13amp socket and witched on
- Stir and Freeze switches not turned on
- An empty or incorrectly connected bag in box
- The tank product level probes being covered
- CO2 supply low
Quick checks:
- Check the machine is plugged into the 13amp socket and switched on
- Check the bag in box syrup is full and connected correctly, you can find a guide to this here
- Check the CO2 bottle is not empty and is turned on and contents gauge is in the green and not red
- Check water supply is on
- Check tank product level probes are not covered
- Check if there are two red lights lit above each tanks, (G2 machine only plastic lid) if there are not please submit a support ticket and we will be able to assist you
- Check the chiller is switched on to recirculate soda water to the machine
- Reset the machine by turning it off at the mains plug and waiting 5 seconds before turning it back on
