What to do if my Viper says it’s Dozing on screen (Or perhaps even Motor Stall)
This Dozing message is because your Viper timer is in its ‘off’ time and thinks the outlet should be closed and is therefore operating in its environmental state, by maintaining product quality in a super-efficient operational way, waiting for the next days trading period to begin.
To wake it up:
Tilt the screen back to reveal the barrel status display. (Pic 1)
You should see both barrels are ‘off’ (Pic 2)
On the barrel status display you can see that Barrel 1 is highlighted.
Press the On Button (The grey square below the displayed ‘On’ ) as shown in the picture.
As you press this, the display will change to ‘Freeze’ and on and the main video screen it will change to ‘Chilling'
As you can see Barrel 1 is now Chilling whilst Barrel 2 is still Dozing
We now need to go back to the display pad and do the same thing for barrel 2
Use the down arrow on the right side of the display pad to highlight barrel No 2 as shown below.
Now press the on button again and barrel 2 will start to freeze (Click Menu to return) and close the screen down

Finally close the screen gently and both displays should display that they are now Chilling
Allow 30 minutes and dispense should be ready to go
(Motor Stall Message) Should you have a motor stall message, un plug the machine from the wall and wait 15 sec’s re plug in and follow the above instructions to re start the barrels and this should reset the machine
